Veggie Omelet. Similar to: Calories 156 Total Fat 6g Total Carbohydrate 10g Protein 15g lunch: teriyaki stix hot & spicy chicken bowl w/ veggies over brown rice @ 11:30am. 24 oz diet pepsi. 44 oz of water so far today. |

2 bowls of chicken veggie stuff. added lemon juice to second. first bowl at 7pm, second bowl at 9pm two squares of chocolate. will drink glass of water now and hit the hay. |

Ute Super Nachos fried tortillas, shredded beef steak, beans, grated cheese, jalapeno peppers, green onions, olives, tomatoes, enchilada sauce Diet blown today but it was worth it. I'll also be finishing the next 32oz of water within the hour. |

Multivitamin + 16 oz water upon waking. Breakfast (8:00am): Protein shake. ~100 calories, 20g protien. 2g fat. I think. Lunch (11:30am): Wendy's Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwich + small chili. 510 calories, 42g protein, 55g carb, 13g fat Hungry again. |
