Since TW is no longer accessible from work, I am behind. LEt's jsut say my weight has been fluctuating due to laziness, but as of this morning (4/8) I was 204.4 at home.

Tuesday (4/12): 205.2 at the gym. The weekend was nto great for the diet, but I am still making some progress.

Weigh in after 1 month (Thursday 4/14): 201.7 at home and 204.2 at the gym
My current goal is still 200, at which point I will re-assess my approach. I was hoping to get there in a month, but I am still happy with the results considering how not-drastic my approach was. I should hit it soon, but 2 weeks of business travel coming up is going to be rough. Either way, I will get there and then come up with my plan on how to consistently be below 190.
THANK YOU ADAM FOR YOUR HELP, ENCOURAGEMENT, AND ENTHUSIASM (as well as your willingness to go to the gym at 5:30am).

Way to go, man! I'm proud of you!!!! You're doing the hard work. Thanks for getting me to hit the gym in the mornings. I feel much better since we started. You rock!
Also, my last weigh-in was around 159.x again.
